Delete Your Account

How

1. Sign in, then open Your Account.
2. Press “Delete my account”, then “Yes, close my account”.
3. That's it. Your account waits 30 days, then it is deleted.

Can't sign in? Email Help@DietzX.ai from the address on your account and say “delete my account”. A person does it for you.

What Happens

• For 30 days nothing is deleted, and you can press “Keep my account” any time. We email you before it happens, with a link to keep it.
• After 30 days your account is deleted: your sign-in, your profile, your messages, your posts and what 6 remembers about you.
• A few records we must keep by law stay, and only as long as the law says - for example payments. See Privacy.
