The Ai Guarantee
This is the best guarantee in the business.
Here is what it is. An Ai watches all of the work, from start to finish. It keeps a record of every step. We stand behind that, on every job.
Here is what it is not. It is not a promise that the job will go well. There are no guarantees about how a job turns out. Some pros do bad work. Some jobs go wrong. Some are miserable.
Both of these are true. No one can promise a perfect job, and anyone who says they can is not being honest. What we can do is watch every step and keep the record. When something goes wrong, we help you sort it out.
We know of no one else who does that on every job. It is the best anyone can do. That is why it is the best guarantee in the business.

The Ai Guarantee
Effective Date: Jul 08, 2026
Last Updated: September 29, 2026
6 watches your job from before the first tool comes out to after the last one goes away. That’s the guarantee.
It’s three promises, in order:
- 6 helps you figure out what you actually need done. Leaky ceiling — roofer or carpenter? You talk it through together, pictures and videos included, before anyone gets hired.
- 6 helps you find the right person for that job. Not a list of strangers — the right pro for the actual fix or build.
- 6 stays with the contractor every step of the way — and every major point of the work gets documented, before, during, and after.
What We Watch
6 is there for every part of the job:
- Before work starts — 6 helps assess the actual problem with you
- During the fix or build — every phase, start to finish
- The contractor documents the work as it happens
- When it’s done — the whole job is documented, not just the invoice
On Top of It, the Whole Way
6 keeps track of the things that quietly ruin a job:
- Appointments — 6 confirms the contractor is showing up when they said they would
- Quality — 6 looks at each pro’s ratings and reviews before he suggests them
- Disputes — if something goes wrong, 6 is right there to help sort it out, not a ticket in a queue
The documentation protects everybody: you get proof of what happened, and the contractor gets credit for great work. 6 helps contractors be the best contractors they can be.
On some plans, 6 also drafts a tools-and-materials checklist for the contractor before they leave for the job, so nothing gets left behind. That piece is part of a paid tier today — everything else on this page applies to every job.
What “Guarantee” Means Here
This is not a guarantee that the job goes perfectly, costs a certain amount, or finishes by a certain date. Our Terms cover why we can’t promise that, and no honest company can.
What we guarantee is that it’s watched and documented, top to bottom. You get a real record of what happened, not just a memory of what someone told you. We don’t know another business that does this for every job, start to finish.
There is one money promise on top. Every job booked and paid through iSolve has the Quality-of-Work Guarantee. If the work falls short of what you and the pro agreed, you can get a refund of up to all you paid through iSolve. You can get it until 30 days after the job is done. Our guarantee terms have the full rules.
Honest About Where We Are
This is new. 6 is still learning what to look for and how to document it well. Early jobs may be rougher than later ones — we’d rather tell you that upfront than pretend otherwise.
Ai-Certified
A job 6 watches start to finish carries the Ai-Certified mark — our sign that someone was paying attention the whole way through.

You Own
What you build is yours. All of it. 100%.
That goes for anything you build with us, and anything we build for you. Your website. Your brand. Your app. Your words, pictures and ideas. Any company you start. Every dollar it ever makes.
It is yours once it is paid for. That means your subscription, or your fee for the job. Once that is paid, you are paid in full.
This is work for hire. It is a fee for service. You pay us. We do the work. The work is yours. That is the whole deal.
We will never come after it. We will never ask for a cut. No royalties. No shares. No part of your profits. Not now. Not ever.
If it grows into a billion-dollar company, great. You earned it. It is all yours.
Use it, change it, sell it, or take it with you if you leave. You never have to ask us.
We do not promise your business will make money. We only promise that whatever it makes is yours.
One thing stays ours: the service itself. That is the DietzX, iSolve and other software you use to build. What you make with it is yours.

Privacy
6 is Ai and can make mistakes - please check important information.
We don't record your conversations on our sites - we only transcribe them. Phone calls may be recorded for quality assurance.
How we use your data
Every interaction on every DietzX site is recorded.
That means talks with 6, phone calls, iSolveUrProblems.ai job recordings, Buddy Club posts and DMs, and visits.
We take names and other personal details off that data first.
That step is called anonymizing.
We use that anonymized data as training data.
Using any DietzX service means you agree to this.
There are no state or country carve-outs.
Before any training use, data is anonymized. iSolveUrProblems.ai job recording is required - see Recording is required on every iSolveUrProblems.ai job.
Other details we keep
Your DietzX account has an account ID. We keep it so the right account opens on every DietzX site.
For a page visit, we may keep the page title.
For a talk with 6, we may keep a short topic or mood label. It helps 6 remember what the talk was about.
Recording is required on every iSolveUrProblems.ai job
Every iSolveUrProblems.ai job is recorded.
That means the talk, the photos, and the video from the job.
The record proves the work, backs the Ai Guarantee, and builds the homeowner's home record.
Both the homeowner and the pro must give a clear yes before a job is booked.
No clear yes from both means there is no booking at all.
This goes with the DietzX data rule: recorded interactions are anonymized and may be used as training data.

Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated October 3, 2026
This is the privacy policy for the one DietzX account and the apps and sites it opens. It is written in plain, short sentences.
DietzX llc, Wyoming. Write to Help@DietzX.ai. Phone: 1+855-253-2727.
What this covers
DietzX.ai (with The Design Factory inside it) and the sites under it - iSolveUrProblems.ai, SGDietz Music, WildWorks, and Buddy Club Social. That is five sites. Also the one DietzX account that signs you in to all of them, on the web and in our apps (including Club DM).
Your DietzX account
When you make an account we keep your email, the name you give us, and your handle.
We use them to sign you in with a link we email you. We also use them to show your name to people you talk with, and to keep your settings.
One account works on all five sites.
DietzX is for adults 18 and older - every site, Buddy Club Social and Club DM included. If you give your birthday (for Club DM and Buddy Club posts), we keep only that you are 18 or older on your account - never the birthday itself.
Sign-in emails are sent by Resend.
Phone number
If you use SMS, WhatsApp, or our phone line, we keep the phone number you use so we can reach you on that channel.
Phone and text delivery runs through Twilio.
Club DM
Club DM is messaging between people on the DietzX account.
The messages you send and the pictures or videos you attach are kept so you and the people in that talk can read them.
Nobody else reads those messages.
6 only reads a thread when a person in it brings him in.
Talking with 6
6 is our Ai helper.
When you talk with him, your voice goes live to ElevenLabs, and on some pages to OpenAI, to turn your speech into words. ElevenLabs speaks his answers.
When you see his face, LiveAvatar draws it.
Some answers and picture look-ups use OpenAI.
- We don't record your conversations on our sites - we only transcribe them. Phone calls may be recorded for quality assurance.
- We do keep the words - what you said and what 6 said - written down so he can remember your talk.
- Your words and 6's words are shared with ElevenLabs, LiveAvatar, and OpenAI so he can answer you.
"Hey 6" listening
After you agree to our Terms and this Privacy Policy, while one of our five sites is open in a tab you can see, 6 listens for "Hey 6" with your microphone - only if your browser lets him.
Nothing is sent while the room is quiet. When someone speaks, that one short clip (a few seconds) goes to our server and on to OpenAI to be turned into words, so we can tell if it was "Hey 6".
The sound is not kept. If the words are not "Hey 6", they are dropped. Words with 6's name in them may also be checked by a helper service, only to tell if he was called.
Only after he hears "Hey 6" does he start a talk. Then the "Talking with 6" rules above apply.
To turn it off, say "Hey 6, stop listening", or use the switch just below. It stays off on that device until you turn it back on.
Recording and training
Written transcripts and interactions with DietzX and its services are kept to run and improve our services. With your name and contact details removed, they may be used as training data. By using our services you agree to this. Phone calls may be recorded for quality assurance.
Photos and videos
Photos and videos you send in Club DM, or that you show to 6 for look-up, are linked to your account.
Image look-up can go to OpenAI.
Notifications
If you turn on push notifications, we keep a device push token so we can send them.
Web push is in use today. Apple and Google push may be used for the apps.
You can turn notifications off in your settings or on your device.
How we count visits
Visitor counting is not switched on here yet. Nothing below is being collected. When it is on, each page you open sends one small note to this site only. No Google, no ad pixels, no replay of what you do. This is the same count every DietzX site keeps.
The note says:
- Which page you opened, and when.
- The site you came from - its name only, never the full link.
- Your screen size, your browser and device type, your language and time zone.
- Your country and region - worked out on our server from your internet address, which is then thrown away.
- Whether a page was slow or broke.
- When you tap to talk with 6: when the talk started, how long his first reply took, how many turns, how it ended. Never the words.
We never collect:
- Your internet address (IP). It is looked up for the country, then dropped. It is never saved.
- What you type, your keystrokes, or your clipboard.
- A recording of your voice, or the words you say to 6 as part of these counts. What you say to 6 is his talk’s own record, kept under its own rules.
- Your exact location. We never ask your browser for it.
- A fingerprint of your browser.
- Anything for Google, Meta, TikTok or any ad company. Nothing here goes to anyone but this site.
Linking your visits. A random id kept on this device for 13 months can tie one visit to your next. That is how we can tell new visitors from returning ones. It is not your name, your email or your address, and it never leaves this site.
Raw notes are kept 14 months, then only daily counts (no ids) remain. Error and speed notes go after 90 days.
Prices 6 mentions
6 is an Ai assistant. Any price, estimate or figure 6 mentions is general info only - not an offer and not a binding quote. The only price that counts is the one you confirm at checkout or that G confirms to you in writing. Market prices we show are other companies' published prices as of the date shown and may change.
Payments
Payments go through Stripe.
Stripe holds your card details. We do not see or keep the card number.
We keep a record of what was paid.
Linked Google data
If you link Google data, that data is shared with Google for that link.
Phone calls
Calls to 1+855-253-2727 may be recorded, written down and used to improve our service, and may be used as training data. The call tells you so at the start.
Text messaging
When you start a text conversation with DietzX llc, Wyoming, we use your mobile number, message content, and related records. We use them to provide customer care, preserve consent and opt-out records, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
Service providers may process info only as needed to deliver and secure the messaging service on our behalf. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Deleting your account
You can ask to delete your DietzX account.
It closes on all five sites at once.
Your account and your data are held for 30 days, then deleted. Sign in before then if you change your mind.
Payment records the law says we must keep can stay, with your name taken off them.
To ask: email Help@DietzX.ai.
Who we share with
We share only what is needed to run the service, with:
| What | Shared with |
|---|---|
| Email / sign-in mail | Resend |
| Phone / SMS / WhatsApp | Twilio |
| Club DM messages between people | Nobody (6 only when someone in the thread brings him in) |
| Photos / image look-up | OpenAI |
| Words and live voice path for 6 | ElevenLabs, LiveAvatar, OpenAI |
| Push tokens | Apple / Google push (when those channels are on) |
| Payments | Stripe |
| Linked Google data | Google (when that link is on) |
| Storing and serving the site and your account | Our hosting and database providers |
| Visit counts | Nobody |
We never sell your personal information. Job information, with your name and contact details removed, may be used as training data.
We do not share it for ads.
We do not track you across other companies' apps.

Privacy Policy
Effective Date: Jul 08, 2026
Last Updated: October 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what info iSolveUrProblems.ai ("iSolve," "we," "our," or "us") collects when you use our website, app, and Ai helper ("6"). It also explains how we use it, and the choices you have.
This Privacy Policy works alongside our Terms. If you don't agree with this policy, please don't use iSolve.
1. WHO WE ARE
iSolveUrProblems.ai ("iSolve," "we," "our," or "us") is run by DietzX llc, Wyoming.
We built iSolve for people in the United States. If you use it from somewhere else, your info is still handled the way this policy says.
2. INFORMATION YOU GIVE US
When you use iSolve, you may give us:
- your name
- your email address
- your phone number
- your home address
- what you type or say to 6
- photos or videos you share
- payment details when you pay for a job (Stripe handles these directly - we never see or keep your full card or bank number)
3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY
Just by using iSolve, we also collect:
- a written record (transcript) of your talks with 6
- audio and video from your live talks with 6, while the talk is happening
- recordings and transcripts of iSolve job calls
- basic device and usage info, like browser type and pages visited
- GPS location and a time stamp on photos or videos taken during a job
- sign-in activity, so we know your account is really you
How we count visits
Visitor counting is not switched on here yet. Nothing below is being collected. When it is on, each page you open sends one small note to this site only. No Google, no ad pixels, no replay of what you do.
What you say to 6 is your talk, kept under the rules above.
- Your exact location. We never ask your browser for it.
- A fingerprint of your browser.
- Anything for Google, Meta, TikTok or any ad company. Nothing here goes to anyone but this site.
Linking your visits
A random id kept on this device for 13 months can tie one visit to your next. That is how we can tell new visitors from returning ones. It is not your name, your email or your address, and it never leaves this site.
Your visits are not linked unless you say yes.
Raw notes are kept 14 months, then only daily counts (no ids) remain. Error and speed notes go after 90 days.
4. WHAT 6 REMEMBERS ABOUT YOU
6 keeps short notes between talks, so you don't have to repeat yourself. These are things like your name, address, home details, what you like, or a problem you mentioned before.
You are in control of these notes. Go to your account page to see every note 6 has saved.
You can delete any note, or wipe everything 6 remembers about you, any time. Deletion is right away and for good - we don't keep a hidden copy.
5. HOW YOUR TALKS WITH 6 WORK
When you talk to 6, your voice and video go through LiveAvatar (by HeyGen) and ElevenLabs. LiveAvatar shows 6's face. ElevenLabs turns speech into words and 6's words into his voice.
Your words are sent to OpenAI so 6 can understand you and answer.
These companies use your talk only to run your session with 6. Their own privacy policies say how they handle data.
We keep the transcript of your talk so you can pick up where you left off, and so we can make 6 better.
6. PHONE CALLS AND MESSAGES
iSolve job calls and texts go through Twilio, our calling and messaging company.
Every iSolve job is recorded - the talk, the photos, and the video. At the start of every call, 6 says: "This call may be recorded for quality assurance."
Before a job is booked, both the homeowner and the pro must give a clear yes to recording. No clear yes from both means there is no booking.
We keep the recording and transcript as part of the job record, so you and the pro have proof of what was said.
When you book, you agree that 6 may call, text and email you about your job. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
7. PHOTOS, VIDEOS, AND JOB LOCATION DATA
Photos and videos from a job go on the job record. Each one can include the GPS location and time it was taken, and a short Ai-made note about what is in it.
An Ai service - OpenAI - may look at your photos and videos to help 6 figure out the problem and check the work. By sharing a photo or video with iSolve, you say yes to that.
The job record is shared with the homeowner and the pro on that job. We treat location data as sensitive and limit who can see it to them and us.
8. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the info we collect to:
- run iSolve
- let 6 understand you and talk with you
- remember what you like, with your permission
- find, book, and call the pro you choose
- take payments, hold them, and pay the pro
- check the work and back the guarantee
- sort out problems and refunds
- send the reports, texts, or emails you asked for
- stop fraud and abuse, and keep iSolve safe
- fix bugs and make 6 better
- with personal details taken out, use job information as training data (section 9)
- follow the law
9. TRAINING DATA
We may use job information, with your name and contact details removed, as training data. Before that, we take out names, phone numbers, email addresses, and street addresses. That step is called anonymizing.
Anonymized records can include things like: the kind of job, the town, how long it took, the parts put in, and how it turned out.
Using anonymized job records is part of how iSolve keeps its prices low, so there is no opt-out for them. Your personal details are always taken out first.
10. WHO WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH
We never sell your personal information. Job information, with your name and contact details removed, may be used as training data. We do not share it for ads.
We share info only as needed to run iSolve, with:
- Supabase - our database, file storage, and sign-in company
- OpenAI - reads text, photos, and videos so 6 can understand and answer you
- LiveAvatar (by HeyGen) - shows 6's face and voice live during your talk
- ElevenLabs - turns speech into words and 6's words into his voice
- Twilio - sends texts and connects and records job calls
- Resend - sends account and job emails
- Stripe - takes payments, holds them, and pays pros
- Dropbox Sign - handles e-signatures on contracts you choose to sign
- Outscraper and similar data companies - supply public business listings for pros; this is public business data, not your personal data
- Vercel - hosts our website and app
- the pro on your job - only what they need to do the work, after you say yes
- a new owner of your home - only the home's job history, with your personal details taken out (see our Terms)
- police or regulators, only if the law requires it
- a company that buys or merges with us - under the same privacy promises
11. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGY
We use the cookies we need to keep you signed in and remember your language and session - nothing works without them.
We do not use ad trackers.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a request to opt out, where the law requires it.
12. HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION
We keep your account and talk history while your account is open, so 6 can pick up where you left off.
Memory notes are kept until you delete them - deletion is right away.
Job records - photos, videos, call recordings, and transcripts - are kept as your home record until you ask us to delete them.
After you close your account, we may keep some records where the law requires it (like money records). We may also keep some to finish an open job, a held payment, a guarantee claim, or a dispute.
13. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
We use locked (encrypted) connections, and we store your data on Supabase's encrypted systems.
Each part of iSolve gets only the info it needs to work.
No system is 100% safe. If something goes wrong, we will tell you as the law requires.
14. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES AND RIGHTS
You own your home record. No matter where you live, you can:
- see what 6 remembers about you, and delete any note or all of it, any time - right in the app
- ask us what personal information we have about you
- get a copy of your info and your home record, to download and keep
- ask us to fix info that is wrong
- ask us to delete your account and personal information
- tell us to stop a certain use of your info
- take back any permission you gave us, any time
Email Help@DietzX.ai to use any of these rights. We will check it is really you and answer within 30 days.
15. STATE PRIVACY LAWS
Some states give you the rights above by law, by name. They are the right to know, delete, fix, and take a copy, and to opt out of sale or sharing. They include the right to limit use of sensitive information (like exact location), and the right not to be treated worse for using these rights.
We never sell your personal information. Job information, with your name and contact details removed, may be used as training data. Anonymized data is not personal information.
You can use these rights the same way: email Help@DietzX.ai.
16. VISITORS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES
iSolve is built for the United States, and your info is handled here.
We give the same rights above (see, fix, delete, take a copy, say no to a use, and take back permission) to visitors from anywhere.
If you are outside the US and we have not fixed a concern, you may also contact your local data protection office.
17. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
iSolve is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect info from anyone under 18.
If we learn someone under 18 gave us info, we delete it. If you think this happened, contact us right away.
18. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy as iSolve changes. We change the "Last Updated" date at the top when we do.
For a big change - like a new way we use your data - we try to tell you. For example, with a notice in the app or an email.
Using iSolve after a change means you accept the update.

The short version
We keep what you tell us and what you do here. We do not keep anything you do anywhere else. We never sell your personal information. Job information, with your name and contact details removed, may be used as training data. Nobody else is watching you on this site. Ask 6 what we know about you and you get the whole list. Say "forget me" and it goes.
What we keep
Your account. Your name, your handle, your email address, and the day you joined. Your profile, your links, your pictures, what you post, and anything you put up for sale.
What you do here. Who you follow, what you save, and what you react to. What you put on the wins board, your weekly check-ins with 6, and the rooms you are in.
What you say to 6. Your typed words, the words your browser recognizes from the microphone, and 6's replies, with a session number and the time. The voice feature does not save raw microphone sound. If you call the DietzX phone line instead, that call may be recorded for quality assurance.
Which pages you opened. How long each one was really on your screen, how far down it you read, and which buttons you pressed. We keep the button's own name, never anything you typed.
What you searched for here. Your words, and how many results came back. That is how we find out what people came for and did not get.
Where you came from. The site that sent you, by name only, and the campaign words in a link we wrote ourselves.
What your browser says about itself. The size of your window and your screen, your language, your time zone, and whether it is a touch screen. Also roughly how fast your connection is, and which browser and system you are on. We keep the family — "Safari, phone, iOS" — never the exact version.
Roughly where you are. Country, region and city, worked out from the request itself. Never a street, and never GPS.
What we sent you and whether you tapped a link in it. We cannot tell whether you opened an email, and we are not going to build a way to.
What broke. Errors in your browser and on our servers, so we can go and fix them.
Whether you are a person or an agent. If you send an Ai agent here it is welcome, its visit is recorded the same way, and it is marked as an agent.
How we count visits
Visitor counting is not switched on here yet. Nothing below is being collected. When it is on, each page you open sends one small note to this site only. No Google, no ad pixels, no replay of what you do. This is the same count every DietzX site keeps; it sits beside what this site keeps for itself, above.
What you say to 6 is kept under the rules above.
Your visits are not linked unless you say yes.
Raw notes are kept 14 months, then only daily counts (no ids) remain. Error and speed notes go after 90 days.
What we never do
We never build a fingerprint of your device. We do not read your fonts, your canvas, your hardware, your battery or your plugins. We never join small facts together into a hidden name for you. The only number that follows you here is one we made up and put in a cookie of our own. Clearing your browser data ends it.
We never take your exact location. We never ask for your contacts or your address book. We never follow you onto other websites, and we never buy information about you from anybody.
There is no Google Analytics here, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no outside tracker of any kind. Nothing on this site is loaded from anywhere but this site.
We never guess at or store anything sensitive — your health, your religion, your politics or your sexuality. We do not build an advertising profile of you. We never sell your personal information. Job information, with your name and contact details removed, may be used as training data.
We never record your keystrokes, your mouse movements or your screen. There is no session replay here.
Seeing it, and getting rid of it
Ask 6 "what do you know about me?" and you get the whole list — everything you wrote, back to you, and a count of everything we recorded, table by table.
Say "forget me" and it happens. Your account, your profile, everything you put up and every word you said to 6 are deleted. What you told us about the site itself — a bug, a wish, something you liked — stays, with your name taken off it. It stays because that is about us and not about you. Counts of pages and searches stay the same way, with nothing left pointing at you.
Age rule
Buddy Club Social is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly keep an account for anybody under 18. Do not post financial, medical or identity details in public posts or messages.
Who else sees it
Our hosting, database, email, phone and Ai providers handle only what they need to run the features you are using, and nothing more. We never sell your personal information. Job information, with your name and contact details removed, may be used as training data. You can ask for a copy, a correction or a deletion at any time — ask 6, or write to Help@DietzX.ai.
SGDietz Music · sgdietzmusic.live
Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: September 9, 2026
Scope
This policy describes privacy practices for the SGDietz website. The current site presents music, artwork, and an embedded YouTube video. It also has links to third-party music and social platforms, and a link to the official SGDietz X profile.
Information the Site May Process
The current site does not provide an account, contact form, mailing-list form, checkout, payment flow, or user-upload feature. When the site is hosted, the hosting and network providers may automatically process technical info to deliver and protect the site. This can include an IP address, browser and device info, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs.
What you say to 6 is his talk's own record, kept under its own rules.
Your visits are not linked unless you say yes.
Raw notes are kept 14 months, then only daily counts (no ids) remain. Error and speed notes go after 90 days.
YouTube Embed
The page includes a video player supplied by YouTube, a Google service. Loading or interacting with that player may allow Google or YouTube to receive device, browser, network, and interaction info. It may also let them use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. Your YouTube or Google account settings may also affect that processing.
Outbound Links
Links to music services, social platforms, album-link services, and other external destinations take you away from this site. Those services control their own privacy practices. Review their notices before providing info to them.
Contact Through X
The site’s direct-contact link leads to the official SGDietz X profile. If you interact there, X controls how your account info, public posts, messages, and other activity are processed under its own policies. Do not send sensitive personal information through a public post.
Security and Retention
Reasonable measures may be used to protect info associated with the site, but no internet transmission is completely secure. Technical logs and communications received through third-party services should be kept only as long as reasonably needed. That means for site operation, security, communication, recordkeeping, or legal requirements.
Your Choices and Rights
You may avoid the YouTube player and external links. Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights concerning personal information. To ask a privacy question or make a request, contact SGDietz through the official X profile. X controls which contact or messaging options are available. Identity verification may be required before acting on a request.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the site or its services change. The date above identifies the current version.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails through the unsubscribe method in the email or by contacting WildWorks. You can opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP where supported or by contacting WildWorks directly.
Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary transactional, project, appointment, payment, legal, safety, or service-related communications.
Data Retention and Security
WildWorks keeps info for as long as reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, manage project talks, operate the website, and maintain business records. It also keeps info as long as reasonably needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the business.
No website, email system, messaging platform, or automated tool can guarantee perfect security. WildWorks uses reasonable measures to protect submitted info, but visitors should avoid sending sensitive information through ordinary website and messaging tools.
Your Choices and Requests
You may ask WildWorks to update, delete, or stop using contact info by emailing Help@DietzX.ai. WildWorks may need to keep certain info for project records, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, or other legitimate business reasons.
If a privacy law gives you more rights based on where you live, WildWorks will respond as required by that law.

Privacy Policy
Last updated September 13, 2026
The Design Factory is made by DietzX llc, Wyoming. This page explains what The Design Factory collects, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- What you create. Your avatars’ names and descriptions, the facts and rules you give them, and their greetings and phone setup. Also the lessons you teach them, and any picture you upload.
- What you say and type while you train or practice. Your speech is turned into text as you talk. We keep the text of your training sessions and practice calls. We do not keep recordings of your voice.
- A copy of your own voice, only if you make one. The recording you make is sent to ElevenLabs once to make the copy, and we don’t keep the recording. We keep the copy’s name, when you made it, and your yes to the consent line. Only the avatars in your space can use it.
- Results. Scores and notes from practice calls.
- One small cookie that remembers your avatars on this device. It is not used for ads or tracking.
- Basic technical records, like errors and timings, that help us keep The Design Factory running.

To run your avatar (hear you, think of its answers, and speak in its voice). Also to grade practice calls and suggest improvements, and to show you your history. We never sell your personal information. Job information, with your name and contact details removed, may be used as training data. We do not use it for advertising.

Terms

Terms of Use
Effective and last updated October 3, 2026
These terms govern use of DietzX.ai, operated by DietzX llc, Wyoming.
Permitted use
Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with security, scrape or exploit protected systems, impersonate others, distribute malware, or use site content in violation of intellectual-property or privacy rights.
Project and external links
Linked projects and third-party platforms may have separate terms. A link is not a guarantee, endorsement, or promise that another service will remain available.
No professional advice or guarantee
Site info is general and does not replace legal, financial, medical, or other qualified professional advice. Technology and business concepts may change and are provided without a guarantee of results or uninterrupted availability.
You own what 6 makes for you
When 6 makes something for you, it is yours. That goes for logos, names, taglines, websites, pictures, and words.
DietzX gives you every right it has in them. There is no lock-in. You can use them, change them, and take them anywhere.
Good to know: the law may not give a copyright to things made only by Ai. You still get every right DietzX has in them.
Some of what 6 makes comes from tools run by other companies. Those companies' own terms may apply too.
We connect people
DietzX runs a marketplace on iSolveUrProblems.ai. We connect people and we help them. A homeowner says what they need, and we help them find a pro.
We are not the contractor. We do not hire the pros, set their prices, or do the work. The pros work for themselves.
We do not check the laws of every town, state, or country. Licenses, insurance, permits, and all other rules are each person's own job to check.
If you are a homeowner or client, please do your own homework before you hire anyone. Check what matters to you, like a license or insurance. If you are a pro, you are in charge of any license, insurance, or permit your work needs.
Customer-care text program
Consumers may start a customer-care conversation with DietzX llc, Wyoming by texting 855-253-2727. Messages are conversational replies about the consumer’s question or request. No marketing or promotional messages are sent under this enrollment.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability may vary by carrier and device. See the Privacy Policy for how messaging data is handled.
"Hey 6"
After you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, 6 listens for the words "Hey 6" while any of our five sites is open - DietzX (with The Design Factory inside it), iSolveUrProblems.ai, SGDietz Music, WildWorks and Buddy Club Social. He uses your microphone only if your browser lets him. He does not start a talk until he hears "Hey 6". Saying "Hey 6" is the same as tapping him to talk.
To turn it off, say "Hey 6, stop listening", or use the "Hey 6" switch on the Legal page. Hiding or closing the tab stops it too. What is sent and kept is in the Privacy Policy.

Talking With 6 - Terms / Legal
Terms effective April 24, 2026. Privacy Policy effective May 17, 2026. Last updated October 3, 2026.
Recording, Transcripts, And Data Use
Conversations and interactions with 6 are transcribed, stored, analyzed, and used to operate, secure, and improve DietzX, and as training data. We don't record your conversations on our sites - we only transcribe them. Phone calls may be recorded for quality assurance.
Do not provide passwords, financial account numbers, social security numbers, private medical details, or other highly sensitive information. The only exception is a future feature that explicitly supports it with appropriate protections.
When you talk to 6, your audio is sent to third-party Ai services for transcription and response generation. Transcripts may be stored to maintain conversation context, support your account, improve the service, and debug issues.
Do not share passwords, financial account numbers, social security numbers, or highly sensitive medical information by voice. The only exception is a future feature that explicitly supports it with appropriate protections.
Your Voice Conversation, In Plain English
- We write down the voice talk so we can build your brand and your website.
- People on the team do not read your full transcript. They work from short Ai summaries.
- Your words and your photos go on a public page only after you say yes.
- You can tell 6 to stop at any time, and you can ask us to archive and remove your live data.
- A short line under the Start button tells you this before you begin - by tapping Start you agree to these terms.
Prices 6 Mentions
6 is an Ai assistant. Any price, estimate or figure 6 mentions is general info only - not an offer and not a binding quote.
The only price that counts is the one you confirm at checkout or that G confirms to you in writing.
Market prices we show are other companies' published prices as of the date shown, with links to where we found them, and may change.
Privacy And Your Choices
This Privacy Policy explains how DietzX collects, uses, stores, and protects info when you talk with 6. That includes the DietzX website, 6's avatar experience, voice features, and related services.
6 is early-stage software. This policy reflects current practices and may evolve as the product develops.
Your privacy matters. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when talking with 6.
- You may talk with 6 without an account, with limited features.
- You may request deletion of your account and stored data by contacting us.
- You may opt out of optional notifications at any time.
- Requesting follow-up about a build is not blanket consent to unrelated marketing.
- You control what info you share when you talk; do not share what you do not want stored.
Information We Collect
We collect info you provide voluntarily and info generated through your use of the service.
- Voice and conversation data: spoken interactions with the avatar are transcribed so 6 can understand and respond.
- Account info: name, email address, phone number, time zone, and preferred contact method when you choose to create an account.
- Build and follow-up info: a concise project summary and an email address or phone number. We collect it only when you explicitly request personal follow-up without creating an account.
- Reminders, lists, and notes: items you ask 6 to remember, including birthdays, tasks, shopping lists, and to-do items.
- Notification preferences: how and when you want 6 to reach you (text, email, phone, push, etc.).

How We Use Your Information
Info is used to operate, secure, personalize, and improve 6.
- Respond to your voice requests in real time.
- Save your lists, reminders, and account memory across sessions.
- Send reminders and notifications through your chosen channels.
- Improve transcription accuracy, response quality, and feature design.
- Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security issues.
- Prepare and follow up on a brand or website build request you explicitly submit.
- An authenticated client who is authorized to train an avatar may use Training Mode. When they do, the talk may automatically create editable learned preferences, facts, sales language, and business context for that client's avatar. Public visitors cannot use Training Mode to train or rewrite an avatar.
- Authorized trainers can review learned items, correct them, disable them, or delete them. Deleting an item stops it from being used going forward; existing talk records are handled under the applicable account-data controls.

Account data, lists, reminders, and talk transcripts are stored in secure cloud databases and storage buckets operated for DietzX.
We use industry-standard practices to protect this data, but no system is perfectly secure. You provide info at your own risk.
We never sell your personal information. Job information, with your name and contact details removed, may be used as training data.
We may share data with service providers as needed to operate the product or comply with legal obligations. We may also share it with them to respond to lawful requests, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of DietzX and its users.
DietzX relies on third-party providers for Ai inference, voice synthesis, the on-screen avatar, hosting, email, messaging, analytics, authentication, and storage.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy practices. By talking with 6 you accept that data may flow through these providers as required to operate the service.
You Own
Whatever you build with 6, or we build for you, is 100% yours once it is paid for. That means your subscription, or your fee for the job.
This is work for hire. It is a fee for service. Once you have paid, you are paid in full, and the work is all yours.
We never come after it. We never take a cut. No royalties, no shares, no part of your profits - even if it becomes a billion-dollar company. You earned it.
Read the whole promise under You Own, at the top of the DietzX legal page.
One thing stays ours: the DietzX service itself, its software and its name. What you make with it is yours.

Pros on iSolve run their own businesses. They do not work for us. The deal for the work is between you and the pro.
Pros never pay us for leads. We do not take money from a pro to show you that pro.
We are not responsible for how a pro does the work, how safe they are, their licenses, or the price they set. The one exception is what the Quality-of-Work Guarantee covers (section 7).
4. WHAT IT COSTS
Your available minutes with 6 are shown on your account and cost card. Paid work includes its own working time with 6.
Everything there is our True Cost* plus 1% - that's it. And as partners help cover our costs, it gets even closer to zero. The pro always gets their full price.
Your quote shows the pro's price, payment costs, and the 1% cushion separately, before your yes. The payment method's costs can differ.
There is no extra card surcharge on a credit or debit card. Payment costs are included in the quote. We do not call payment processing our 1% margin.
You see the full price before you pay. Your receipt shows exactly what you were charged.
5. HOW PAYMENT WORKS
Payments go through Stripe. We never see or keep your full card or bank number.
When you pay, we hold the money. We do not send it to the pro right away.
On the job day, 6 asks for a before photo. When the pro says the work is done, 6 asks for an after photo and checks the work. When it checks out, the pro is paid their full price.
If you tell us something is wrong, the money stays held until it is worked out.
6. REFUNDS, CANCELLING, AND PROBLEMS
Cancel before you pay and there is nothing to refund. To cancel a booked job, tell the pro in your job room, tell 6, or reply to the booking email.
If a full refund is approved, you get back everything actually charged for that step, including its recorded payment costs and cushion. We never recalculate a historical charge at today's price.
Something wrong with the work? Tap "Something's wrong" in your job room, or just tell 6. 6 asks the pro to make it right first. If that does not fix it, 6 gathers both sides and the job record. Then the iSolve team decides: a fix, part of the money back, or all of it back.
You can also write to Help@DietzX.ai. Our refund rules page has the details.
Your bank or card company decides how long a refund takes to show up.
7. THE QUALITY-OF-WORK GUARANTEE
Every job booked AND paid through iSolve has the Quality-of-Work Guarantee. If the work falls short of what you and the pro agreed, you can get a refund of up to all you paid through iSolve.
It runs until 30 days after 6 marks the job done. The full rules, and what is not covered, are on our "Guarantee terms" page. They are part of these terms.
Jobs you book or pay for outside iSolve are not covered. Once you pay a pro directly, we cannot hold the money or step in.
8. EVERY JOB IS RECORDED
Every iSolve job is recorded. That means the talk, the photos, and the video from the job.
The record proves the work, backs the guarantee, and builds your home record.
At the start of every call, 6 says: "This call may be recorded for quality assurance."
Before a job is booked, both you and the pro must give a clear yes to recording. Silence is a no. No clear yes from both means there is no booking at all.
9. PHOTOS, VIDEOS, AND Ai
When you or the pro share a photo or video, an Ai service - OpenAI - may look at it. That helps 6 figure out the problem and check the work.
By sharing a photo or video with iSolve, you say yes to that.
Only share photos of places you are allowed to share. Try not to show people's faces or private papers.
10. CALLS, TEXTS, AND EMAILS
When you book, you agree that 6 may call, text and email you about your job. 6 is an Ai.
Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
Every email we send about a job tells you how to reach us. Agreeing to calls and texts is never a condition of buying anything.
If you stop calls and texts in the middle of a job, 6 may not be able to finish setting it up.
11. YOUR HOME RECORD IS YOURS
Each job on your home builds your home record: the jobs, photos, videos, 6's notes, and call transcripts.
You own your home record. You can see it any time. Write to Help@DietzX.ai to get a copy or to ask us to delete it.
You let us keep and use your home record to run iSolve, pay the pro, back the guarantee, and settle problems. You let us use it - with your personal details taken out - to make iSolve better and to use as training data (section 12).
If you ask us to delete it, we delete what we can. We may keep what we need for an open job, money we are holding, a guarantee claim, or records the law says we must keep. Data that was already made anonymous and used cannot be pulled back out.
12. USING JOB RECORDS AS TRAINING DATA
We may use job information, with your name and contact details removed, as training data.
Before any of this use, we take out names, phone numbers, email addresses, and street addresses. That step is called anonymizing.
Using anonymized job records is part of how iSolve keeps its prices low, so there is no opt-out for them. Your personal details are always taken out first.
13. WHEN YOU SELL YOUR HOME
A home's job history can go with the house, like a car's service record. It helps the next owner know what was fixed, when, and by whom.
When a new owner claims your address, our team checks the claim before anything moves.
The new owner can see the work: what was done, when, which pro did it, the parts put in, and photos of the work. They never see your name, phone number, email, your talks with 6, or what you paid.
You keep your own copy of your home record. If you do not want your home's job history passed on, write to Help@DietzX.ai before the new owner claims the address.
14. 6 IS AN Ai - NOT A PROFESSIONAL
6 gives Ai-made info and ideas. He can be wrong.
6 does not give legal, money, medical, engineering, or building-code advice, and he is not a licensed professional. Check important things yourself, and use a qualified pro when the job needs one.
Prices 6 mentions: any price, estimate or number 6 says is general info only - not an offer and not a quote. The only price that counts is the one you confirm when you pay, or that our team confirms to you in writing.
15. NO OTHER PROMISES
Other than the Quality-of-Work Guarantee, we do not promise how a job turns out or what it costs. We also do not promise how long it takes, or that it will be safe.
The "Ai Guarantee" means 6 watches and documents the job from start to finish. It is not a promise of any result. See our Ai Guarantee page.
iSolve is offered as it is. It may have mistakes or go down sometimes.
16. OUR NAME AND SOFTWARE
The iSolve software, 6, the Ai systems, the look of the site, and the words on it belong to DietzX llc, Wyoming.
Please do not copy, resell, scrape, or take apart any part of iSolve.
"iSolveUrProblems.ai" is a trademark of DietzX llc, Wyoming.
17. LIMIT ON WHAT WE OWE
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses from using iSolve, trusting what 6 says, or what a pro does. Indirect losses include lost profits, personal injury, or damage to your property. This is true even if we were told it could happen.
If we do owe you money for a claim, there is a limit. The most we will pay is the larger of: what you paid through iSolve in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.
This does not take away the Quality-of-Work Guarantee, or any right the law says cannot be taken away.
18. IF YOUR ACTIONS CAUSE A CLAIM
A claim against us may come from how you used iSolve, from you breaking these terms, or from your dealings with a pro. If someone makes a claim like that, you agree to cover our costs and losses from that claim.
19. CHANGES TO iSOLVE AND CLOSING ACCOUNTS
We may change, pause, or stop any part of iSolve.
We may close or limit an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk.
You can stop using iSolve any time. Jobs already paid for are still finished, refunded, or settled under these terms.
20. IF DIETZX CHANGES FORM
If DietzX llc, Wyoming becomes a new company, merges, or is sold, we may pass these terms to the company that takes over. That company must keep the promises in them.
21. WHICH LAW APPLIES
DietzX llc, Wyoming. Wyoming law governs these terms, without using its rules that point to other places' laws.
22. SETTLING DISAGREEMENTS
Please write to Help@DietzX.ai first. Most problems get fixed that way.
If we still cannot agree, the dispute goes to binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association (AAA). It follows the AAA's Consumer Arbitration Rules and takes place in Wyoming or by video, in English. Small claims court is still open to you.
You and we each give up the right to a jury trial and to a class or group lawsuit.
You can opt out of arbitration. Email Help@DietzX.ai within 30 days of first agreeing to these terms, with your name and that you want to opt out. Then disputes go to the state or federal courts in Wyoming.
23. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the "Last Updated" date at the top. For a big change, we try to tell you in the app or by email.
Jobs already booked keep the terms they were booked under. Using iSolve after a change means you accept the new terms.

WildWorks · wildworks.live
Terms of Service
The basic rules for using the WildWorks website, submitting project info, contacting 6, receiving communications, and starting a project talk.
These details explain how this website and WildWorks communications are intended to work. They are not legal advice and do not replace a written project agreement.
Business Identity
These Terms are between you and DietzX llc, Wyoming, operating under its Wyoming-registered trade name WildWorks.ai (“WildWorks”).
Acceptance of These Terms
By using this website, submitting info, contacting WildWorks, using 6, clicking links, or requesting follow-up, you agree to these Terms of Service. You also agree to the Privacy Policy, the Communications Policy, the Disclaimer, the Accessibility Statement, and the Ai Disclosure.
Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to damage, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, attack, interfere with, or misuse the website, WildWorks systems, WildWorks content, 6, or other visitors.
No Project Contract Until Written Agreement
Website content, 6 responses, calls, emails, texts, social media posts, project discussions, examples, rough estimates, and preliminary recommendations are not a binding project contract.
These are binding only when confirmed in a written agreement between WildWorks and the client: project scope, pricing, deposits, materials, timeline, and responsibilities. The same goes for approvals, change orders, warranties, ownership, and payment terms.
Project Information and Site Conditions
You are responsible for submitting accurate info. You are also responsible for telling WildWorks about known site conditions, hazards, restrictions, permits, utilities, easements, drainage, grade, soil, structures, and access. The same goes for HOA rules, local codes, budget limits, and timing constraints.
Landscape, design, construction, repair, resale-preparation, and problem-solving work depends on real-world conditions. Online review and photo review can start the talk, but they do not replace site evaluation where safety, code, utilities, structure, drainage, or permits matter.
Communications and Marketing
By submitting contact info, you authorize WildWorks to respond about your inquiry and related services. WildWorks may send emails, texts, calls, reminders, offers, project updates, and follow-up communications as described in the Communications Policy.
If you choose SMS, WildWorks may send recurring text messages about project follow-up, scheduling, reminders, design ideas, offers, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out. Consent to receive marketing texts is not required to purchase services. For help, email Help@DietzX.ai or call WildWorks at 1+855-253-2727.
You may opt out of marketing communications. Opting out of marketing does not prevent WildWorks from sending necessary transactional, project, safety, legal, payment, appointment, or service-related communications.
6 and Automated Tools
6 and related tools may help with intake, organization, brainstorming, drafting, summary, project routing, marketing, and follow-up. Automated output can be wrong and should not be treated as final professional advice, a quote, or a construction instruction.
More details are in the Ai Disclosure.
Intellectual Property
The website, text, photos, designs, graphics, logos, videos, project images, page layouts, brand elements, and WildWorks concepts are owned by WildWorks or used with permission. This is true unless otherwise stated.
You may link to this website. You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell, train a model on, change, or use WildWorks content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Submitted Materials
When you submit photos, videos, measurements, drawings, messages, or project info, you give WildWorks permission to use them as follows. It may review, process, store, copy, and use them to evaluate your inquiry, communicate with you, prepare project-related responses, and operate the business.
You represent that you have the right to submit those materials. You also represent that your submission does not violate another person's privacy, intellectual property, confidentiality, or other rights.
Third-Party Services
The website may link to or use third-party services. These include hosting, analytics, email, SMS/text, phone, social platforms, payment tools, scheduling tools, maps, storage, automation, and media services. WildWorks is not responsible for third-party websites, policies, outages, security, content, or practices.
Payments, Deposits, and Project Work
These are governed by the written project agreement, invoice, or other written confirmation for that specific job: payment terms, deposits, refund terms, and cancellation terms. The same goes for travel expenses, materials, labor, subcontractor costs, and project responsibilities.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The website and 6 are provided as informational tools. To the fullest extent allowed by law, WildWorks disclaims liability for damages arising from website use, reliance on general info, or automated output. It disclaims, as far as the law allows, liability for damages from third-party services, marketing messages, or project decisions made without a written WildWorks agreement.

For pros
iSolve Pro Terms
Version 2026-10-08. Last updated October 8, 2026. If we change these, we tell you first - jobs already booked keep the terms they were booked under.
What iSolve is
6 is iSolve's Ai. He helps homeowners figure out what's wrong, finds good pros near them, books the job, calls you both, and checks the work. You do the work you're great at. iSolve is run by DietzX llc, Wyoming.
Leads are free. You keep your full price.
The pro receives their full price. Our True Cost* plus 1% is shown before you pay, with payment costs on their own line. There is no extra card surcharge and no lead fee for the pro. Verified partner contributions reduce our costs.
Getting paid
The homeowner pays through iSolve and the money is held safe. When 6 checks the job is done - a before and an after photo in the job room - you're paid your full price through Stripe, usually the same day. You set up a Stripe payout account once; iSolve never asks for your bank details by email.
Calls, texts and emails
By joining, you agree that 6 can call, text and email you about iSolve jobs. At the start of every call, 6 says: "This call may be recorded for quality assurance." Every iSolve job is recorded - the talk, the photos, and the video. The record proves the work, backs the guarantee, and builds the homeowner's home record. You must give a clear yes to recording before you can take jobs. If you say no on a call, you will not be put on that job. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
The job record
Each job keeps a record: the photos, the times, 6's notes and the call transcripts. Recording is required - no clear yes from both the homeowner and the pro means there is no booking at all. Photos and videos may be looked at by an Ai service - OpenAI - to help 6 check the work. The homeowner owns their record. We may use job information, with your name and contact details removed, as training data.
Doing the work
Do the work you and the homeowner agreed on, when you agreed. If the homeowner says something's wrong, 6 asks you first to make it right. Until it's worked out, that job's payment stays held. If you can't agree, iSolve's team decides - a fix, part of the money, or all of it back to the homeowner.
You are your own business
You're an independent pro, not an iSolve employee or agent. You do the work well, your way. You set your own prices and hours, and you pay your own taxes.
Keep iSolve jobs in iSolve
Jobs that start on iSolve are booked and paid through iSolve - including extra work on the same job. That's what keeps the homeowner's guarantee, your payment protection, your reviews and your 6 Verified badge. Taking an iSolve job's payment outside iSolve ends that protection, and we may stop sending you jobs.
Reviews
Homeowners can review each job. A review is "6 Verified" when the job was booked and paid in iSolve with a before and an after in its job room.
Leaving
You can leave any time. Jobs already booked are finished, or cancelled fairly with the homeowner.
The rest of the rules
The iSolve Terms apply to you too, including which law applies and how disagreements are settled. iSolve is run by DietzX llc, Wyoming. Questions: Help@DietzX.ai.

Guarantee terms
The iSolve Quality-of-Work Guarantee
In effect. The iSolve Quality-of-Work Guarantee, in plain words. Last updated September 29, 2026. If we change it, jobs already booked keep the terms they were booked under.
What We Promise
When you book a pro through iSolve and pay through iSolve, 6 watches over the job. Your money is held safe - the pro is paid only after 6 checks the work is done. If the work falls short of what you and the pro agreed, 6 steps in: he asks the pro to make it right, and if they don't, we hold the money and work it out with you - up to a full refund of what you paid through iSolve for that job.
What It Covers
Every job that is booked AND paid in iSolve. It covers the work you and the pro agreed on for that job - what 6 wrote down when it was booked, and anything you both confirmed in your job room or Club DM thread. It starts the moment you pay and runs until 30 days after 6 marks the job done. Tell us about a problem inside that time.
How It Works
- Before: on the booked day, 6 asks you for a quick before photo in your job room.
- After: when the pro says they're done, 6 asks for an after photo, and looks at both.
- Done: if it checks out, the pro is paid their full price and your job record keeps the photos, the times and 6's notes.
- A problem: tap "Something's wrong" (or just tell 6) within 30 days. The money stays held while 6 gets both sides and the photos, and the iSolve team decides - a fix, a partial refund or a full refund.
What It Does Not Cover
- Jobs booked or paid outside iSolve - once you pay the pro directly, we can't hold the money or step in.
- Damage from something that happens later - weather, another trade, wear and tear, or misuse.
- Taste changes - a color or style you didn't ask for up front.
- Extra work you and the pro set up outside iSolve, or anything that was not part of the job you agreed on.
- Anything past a full refund of what you paid through iSolve for that job - like damage to other things, lost time, or other costs.
What It Costs
The pro receives their full price. Our True Cost* plus 1% is shown before you pay, with payment costs on their own line. There is no extra card surcharge and no lead fee for the pro. Verified partner contributions reduce our costs.
Questions or a Claim
Tell 6, tap "Something's wrong" in your job room, or write to Help@DietzX.ai. iSolve is run by DietzX llc, Wyoming. These terms are part of the iSolve Terms.
iSolveUrProblems.ai · www.isolveurproblems.ai
iSolveUrProblems.ai home-service bookings
Cancellation and refund rules
These are iSolveUrProblems.ai's current booking rules in plain words. Your checkout, receipt, written agreement, and applicable law may give you additional rights; this page does not take them away.
Before You Pay
If no payment was taken, there is nothing to refund. To cancel a confirmed booking, tell the pro in the booking thread, call them with 6, or reply to the booking email.
After You Pay
If a full refund is approved, it returns everything charged for that payment step: the pro's price, the payment costs and our 1% cushion as recorded on your receipt.
A $500.00 job
- Paid by bank
- $509.07 back
- Paid by credit card
- $520.39 back
The card example uses iSolveUrProblems.ai's current checkout calculation for a credit card in a state with current estimated payment costs. Your receipt is the truth for your actual charge.
If work or money is disputed
Use Something's wrong on the paid step or contact support. Money does not move merely because a request was sent. A partial refund, full refund, redo, release, or continued hold depends on the payment record, the work, and the resolution.
If money was already released to the pro, DietzX must review the charge and payout before a refund can be completed. Bank and card processors control when an approved refund appears; this page promises no arrival date.

Accessibility
Last updated September 12, 2026
We want everyone to be able to use The Design Factory.
What we do
- Every button and control works with a keyboard.
- Everything your avatar says also appears as text on the screen.
- Anywhere you can talk to your avatar, you can type instead.
- Colors are chosen for strong contrast, and moving effects stop when your device asks for reduced motion.
Tell us
If something in The Design Factory doesn’t work for you, call 1+855-253-2727 and tell us what happened. We will work to fix it.
Child Safety
Zero Tolerance
DietzX llc, Wyoming has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, child sex trafficking and the enticement of children.
This applies to every DietzX service where one person can show another person a picture, a video or words: Buddy Club, iSolveUrProblems.ai, SGDietz Music, WildWorks, DietzX and The Design Factory, including talks with ai6.
We follow the law that governs this, 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, as updated by the REPORT Act of 2024.
How We Find It
Every picture people upload goes through one safety check before anyone else can see it. We check pictures against Microsoft PhotoDNA, a tool that finds known child sexual abuse images. A match is blocked at once.
A video, or any file we cannot check yet, is held and not shown. Words still post.
People can tell us too. Anyone can report a post, a message, a profile or an account.
We never ask anyone to send, re-send or describe suspected material.
What We Do When We Find It
We report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as the law requires. We report as soon as we know, never later than the law allows.
We keep the material safe for the authorities. We do not share it, and we do not tell anyone who is involved that a report was made.
How to Report It
If a child is in danger right now, call 911.
To report to NCMEC directly, go to report.cybertip.org or call 1-800-843-5678.
To tell us, use the report button on any DietzX service, or write to us at the address below. If you talk to ai6 about child abuse, ai6 will tell you how to reach NCMEC.

Communications and SMS Consent
Effective Date: Sep 11, 2026
Last Updated: September 29, 2026
This policy says which calls, texts, and emails iSolveUrProblems.ai ("iSolve") sends, what you agree to, and how to stop them. iSolve is run by DietzX llc, Wyoming.
Your request controls
Giving us a phone number or asking for help with a job does not, by itself, sign you up for ads. We send service messages only to answer a request, give you updates you asked for, or run a feature you picked.
Calls, texts, and emails about your job
When you book a job, you agree that 6 may call, text, and email you about that job. 6 is an Ai. Pros agree to the same when they join iSolve.
Agreeing to calls and texts is never a condition of buying anything.
Every call is recorded
At the start of every call, 6 says: "This call may be recorded for quality assurance."
Every iSolve job is recorded - the talk, the photos, and the video. The record proves the work, backs the guarantee, and builds the homeowner's home record.
Before a job is booked, both the homeowner and the pro must give a clear yes to recording. Silence is a no. No clear yes from both means there is no booking.
Optional text messages
Where we show an unchecked box for texts, checking it means yes to the texts described next to it. How often we text depends on your job. Message and data rates may apply.
Stop and help
Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, and HELP for help. You can also call 1+855-253-2727. If you stop texts in the middle of a job, some job updates may not reach you. Also, 6 may not be able to finish setting up a booking.
To stop emails, use the link in the email or write to Help@DietzX.ai. We still send receipts and messages about money we are holding for you.
Privacy
See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your info. Phone carriers are not responsible for late or missing messages.

WildWorks · wildworks.live
Communications Policy
How WildWorks may contact visitors and clients by email, SMS/text, phone, social platforms, 6 follow-up, and related marketing or project channels.
These details explain how this website and WildWorks communications are intended to work. They are not legal advice and do not replace a written project agreement.
Contact Permission
You may submit contact info through this website, 6, a form, email, phone, SMS, X, social media, or another channel. When you do, you authorize WildWorks to contact you about your inquiry, project, photos, goals, budget, timing, and related WildWorks services.
WildWorks may respond through the same channel you used or through another contact method you provided. These include email, phone, text message, social direct message, or future WildWorks communication tools.
Marketing Emails
You may sign up for emails, submit a project inquiry, request info, or otherwise provide your email address. If you do, WildWorks may send marketing emails, project education, service updates, design ideas, offers, reminders, event notices, website updates, and follow-up messages.
Marketing emails should identify WildWorks as the sender, use accurate header information, and avoid intentionally misleading subject lines. They should also provide a reasonable way to unsubscribe from future marketing emails.
Commercial email campaigns should include WildWorks contact info in the message footer when required by law. This includes a current postal mailing address or another legally permitted address format.
You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time. WildWorks may still send necessary transactional or relationship emails about active inquiries, projects, appointments, payments, legal notices, safety issues, or service matters.
SMS and Text Messages
If you provide a mobile number and agree to receive texts, WildWorks may send SMS or text messages. They may be about project follow-up, scheduling, reminders, service updates, offers, promotions, and other WildWorks communications.
Consent to receive marketing texts is not required to buy services from WildWorks. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
WildWorks text consent applies to WildWorks communications about WildWorks services, project follow-up, design ideas, offers, and related property talks. WildWorks does not treat one consent as permission for unrelated third-party sellers to text you.
Reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out of marketing texts. You may also request help or text opt-out by emailing Help@DietzX.ai or calling WildWorks at 1+855-253-2727.
Phone Calls, Voicemail, and Automated Contact
WildWorks may call or leave voicemail messages when you provide a phone number or request a call. Calls may relate to project review, scheduling, follow-up, service updates, marketing, or other WildWorks business.
If WildWorks uses autodialed, prerecorded, artificial voice, or similar automated calling or texting technology for marketing, WildWorks will seek consent as required by applicable law.
You can ask WildWorks not to call or text a number. WildWorks may still contact you where legally permitted or required for active projects, safety, legal, payment, or service matters.
X, Social Media, and Third-Party Platforms
If you contact WildWorks through X, Instagram, Facebook, direct message, or another third-party platform, WildWorks may respond through that platform. It may also keep records of the communication.
Those platforms have their own terms, privacy practices, delivery rules, blocking tools, and notification settings. WildWorks does not control third-party platform policies or outages.
6 and Assisted Follow-Up
WildWorks may use 6 and other assisted tools to help organize inquiries, draft replies, summarize project details, categorize leads, schedule follow-up, and personalize communications.
Assisted communications are still WildWorks communications. Important project decisions, pricing, construction commitments, legal terms, and final design/build judgments require human review and, where needed, written agreement.
Opt-Out and Revocation
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. For email, use the unsubscribe method in the email or contact WildWorks. For texts, reply STOP where supported or contact WildWorks. For calls, tell WildWorks not to call that number.
WildWorks will make reasonable efforts to honor opt-out requests promptly. Email opt-out requests may take up to 10 business days to process. Text and call revocation requests will be handled as required by applicable law and platform capabilities.
Opting out of one channel may not automatically opt you out of every other channel. It will if you clearly ask WildWorks to stop all non-essential marketing contact.
No Emergency Channel
This website, 6, email, SMS/text, social media, and voicemail are not emergency channels. For immediate safety issues, utility strikes, fire, collapse, injury, dangerous site conditions, or other emergencies, contact emergency services or the appropriate local authority.
Contact
Communication requests, opt-outs, and questions can be sent to Help@DietzX.ai or raised by calling WildWorks at 1+855-253-2727.

Disclaimer
Important limits on website info, project examples, 6 responses, property guidance, resale discussion, safety, permitting, estimates, and design/build decisions.
These details explain how this website and WildWorks communications are intended to work. They are not legal advice and do not replace a written project agreement.
Informational Website
This website provides general info about WildWorks, design, living spaces, stonework, building, art, problem solving, resale preparation, 6 intake, and related ideas. It is not engineering, architecture, legal, permitting, safety, real estate, tax, financial, appraisal, insurance, or medical advice.
Project Examples Are Not Guarantees
Photos, videos, stories, examples, design concepts, resale discussions, and descriptions of past projects do not guarantee a particular result or price for another property. Nor do they guarantee a buyer reaction, resale value, timeline, permit outcome, contractor performance, material availability, or project outcome for that property.
Site Conditions Matter
Landscape and construction work depends on real-world conditions. These include drainage, grade, soil, utilities, structure, access, slopes, load, fire safety, weather, materials, maintenance, local code, permits, inspections, and contractor execution.
No Work Should Start from Website Content Alone
Do not begin construction, demolition, excavation, grading, fireplace work, or retaining wall work based only on website content, 6, text messages, photos, or preliminary talks. The same goes for drainage work, electrical work, gas work, structural work, tree work, or similar activity. Confirm permits, utility marking, inspections, safety requirements, and qualified professional involvement before work begins.
6 and Automated Responses
6 and other automated features may be useful for intake, organization, brainstorming, and follow-up. But responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular property. Final project judgment requires review by the real G and, where needed, licensed professionals, inspectors, utility locators, or local authorities.
Estimates, Pricing, and Availability
Any online price range, rough estimate, timeline, material idea, availability statement, or suggested path is preliminary unless included in a written WildWorks agreement. Costs and timing can change based on scope, conditions, materials, labor, travel, weather, permitting, and contractor or supplier availability.
Resale and Buyer Reaction
WildWorks may discuss curb appeal, buyer psychology, staging, presentation, and ways a property might become more attractive. WildWorks does not guarantee sale price, appraisal value, buyer behavior, market timing, inspection outcome, financing outcome, or real estate result.
No Emergency Channel
This website, 6, email, SMS/text, social media, and voicemail are not emergency channels. For immediate danger, fire, injury, utility strike, collapse, unsafe structure, flooding, gas smell, or similar emergencies, contact emergency services or the appropriate local authority.

Ai Disclosure
WildWorks · wildworks.live
Ai Disclosure
How WildWorks uses 6, avatar intake, assisted organization, human review, uploaded photos, and automated communications.
These details explain how this website and WildWorks communications are intended to work. They are not legal advice and do not replace a written project agreement.
6 and Assisted Intake
6 is an assisted intake and conversation tool. It is designed to help visitors explain what they want designed, built, fixed, priced, discussed, or understood before speaking with the real G.
6 and related tools may ask questions, organize context, summarize your goals, help frame project options, and route info for follow-up.
Human Review
Assisted tools can support intake and planning, but final WildWorks judgment comes from the real G. When needed, it also comes from qualified contractors, engineers, inspectors, permit offices, utility locators, or other local professionals.
No 6 or automated response creates a contract, final design, construction instruction, quote, guarantee, professional opinion, or permission to begin work.
Automated Output Can Be Wrong
Assisted or Ai-generated responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular property. Do not rely on automated responses as the final word for safety, engineering, drainage, structural work, utilities, or permitting. The same goes for law, pricing, resale value, construction, or contractor decisions.
Photos, Videos, and Property Details
Humans may review photos, videos, measurements, drawings, and property details you submit to WildWorks, to understand site conditions, aesthetics, obstacles, opportunities, and project goals. Assisted systems may process them for the same reasons.
Automated review cannot replace an in-person site inspection where conditions, safety, grade, drainage, structure, utilities, code, access, or construction details matter.
Automated and Assisted Communications
WildWorks may use assisted tools to draft, sort, summarize, personalize, or schedule communications, including email, SMS/text, project follow-up, and marketing. Important commitments still require human review and, where appropriate, written agreement.
No Sensitive Information
Do not submit these through 6 or ordinary website tools: passwords, banking details, Social Security numbers, or medical info. The same goes for private legal documents, confidential third-party info, or other sensitive personal information.
Content Created with Ai
WildWorks may use assisted tools to help create website text, design concepts, summaries, mockups, images, internal notes, marketing drafts, and project explanations. WildWorks aims to use those tools honestly and not to mislead visitors about what is human-made, automated, conceptual, or final.
