Terms

6 is Ai and can make mistakes - please check important information.

We don't record your conversations on our sites - we only transcribe them. Phone calls may be recorded for quality assurance.

How we use your data

Every interaction on every DietzX site is recorded.

That means talks with 6, phone calls, iSolveUrProblems.ai job recordings, Buddy Club posts and DMs, and visits.

We take names and other personal details off that data first.

That step is called anonymizing.

We use that anonymized data as training data.

Using any DietzX service means you agree to this.

There are no state or country carve-outs.

Before any training use, data is anonymized. iSolveUrProblems.ai job recording is required - see Recording is required on every iSolveUrProblems.ai job.

Recording is required on every iSolveUrProblems.ai job

Every iSolveUrProblems.ai job is recorded.

That means the talk, the photos, and the video from the job.

The record proves the work, backs the Ai Guarantee, and builds the homeowner's home record.

Both the homeowner and the pro must give a clear yes before a job is booked.

No clear yes from both means there is no booking at all.

This goes with the DietzX data rule: recorded interactions are anonymized and may be used as training data.

Terms of Use

Effective and last updated October 3, 2026

These terms govern use of DietzX.ai, operated by DietzX llc, Wyoming.

Permitted use

Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with security, scrape or exploit protected systems, impersonate others, distribute malware, or use site content in violation of intellectual-property or privacy rights.

Project and external links

Linked projects and third-party platforms may have separate terms. A link is not a guarantee, endorsement, or promise that another service will remain available.

No professional advice or guarantee

Site info is general and does not replace legal, financial, medical, or other qualified professional advice. Technology and business concepts may change and are provided without a guarantee of results or uninterrupted availability.

You own what 6 makes for you

When 6 makes something for you, it is yours. That goes for logos, names, taglines, websites, pictures, and words.

DietzX gives you every right it has in them. There is no lock-in. You can use them, change them, and take them anywhere.

Good to know: the law may not give a copyright to things made only by Ai. You still get every right DietzX has in them.

Some of what 6 makes comes from tools run by other companies. Those companies' own terms may apply too.

We connect people

DietzX runs a marketplace on iSolveUrProblems.ai. We connect people and we help them. A homeowner says what they need, and we help them find a pro.

We are not the contractor. We do not hire the pros, set their prices, or do the work. The pros work for themselves.

We do not check the laws of every town, state, or country. Licenses, insurance, permits, and all other rules are each person's own job to check.

If you are a homeowner or client, please do your own homework before you hire anyone. Check what matters to you, like a license or insurance. If you are a pro, you are in charge of any license, insurance, or permit your work needs.

Customer-care text program

Consumers may start a customer-care conversation with DietzX llc, Wyoming by texting 855-253-2727. Messages are conversational replies about the consumer’s question or request. No marketing or promotional messages are sent under this enrollment.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability may vary by carrier and device. See the Privacy Policy for how messaging data is handled.

"Hey 6"

After you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, 6 listens for the words "Hey 6" while any of our five sites is open - DietzX (with The Design Factory inside it), iSolveUrProblems.ai, SGDietz Music, WildWorks and Buddy Club Social. He uses your microphone only if your browser lets him. He does not start a talk until he hears "Hey 6". Saying "Hey 6" is the same as tapping him to talk.

To turn it off, say "Hey 6, stop listening", or use the "Hey 6" switch on the Legal page. Hiding or closing the tab stops it too. What is sent and kept is in the Privacy Policy.

Talking with 6, by DietzX · dietzx.ai

Talking With 6 - Terms / Legal

Terms effective April 24, 2026. Privacy Policy effective May 17, 2026. Last updated October 3, 2026.

Recording, Transcripts, And Data Use

Conversations and interactions with 6 are transcribed, stored, analyzed, and used to operate, secure, and improve DietzX, and as training data. We don't record your conversations on our sites - we only transcribe them. Phone calls may be recorded for quality assurance.

Do not provide passwords, financial account numbers, social security numbers, private medical details, or other highly sensitive information. The only exception is a future feature that explicitly supports it with appropriate protections.

When you talk to 6, your audio is sent to third-party Ai services for transcription and response generation. Transcripts may be stored to maintain conversation context, support your account, improve the service, and debug issues.

Do not share passwords, financial account numbers, social security numbers, or highly sensitive medical information by voice. The only exception is a future feature that explicitly supports it with appropriate protections.

Your Voice Conversation, In Plain English

  • We write down the voice talk so we can build your brand and your website.
  • People on the team do not read your full transcript. They work from short Ai summaries.
  • Your words and your photos go on a public page only after you say yes.
  • You can tell 6 to stop at any time, and you can ask us to archive and remove your live data.
  • A short line under the Start button tells you this before you begin - by tapping Start you agree to these terms.

Prices 6 Mentions

6 is an Ai assistant. Any price, estimate or figure 6 mentions is general info only - not an offer and not a binding quote.

The only price that counts is the one you confirm at checkout or that G confirms to you in writing.

Market prices we show are other companies' published prices as of the date shown, with links to where we found them, and may change.

Information We Collect

We collect info you provide voluntarily and info generated through your use of the service.

  • Voice and conversation data: spoken interactions with the avatar are transcribed so 6 can understand and respond.
  • Account info: name, email address, phone number, time zone, and preferred contact method when you choose to create an account.
  • Build and follow-up info: a concise project summary and an email address or phone number. We collect it only when you explicitly request personal follow-up without creating an account.
  • Reminders, lists, and notes: items you ask 6 to remember, including birthdays, tasks, shopping lists, and to-do items.
  • Notification preferences: how and when you want 6 to reach you (text, email, phone, push, etc.).
  • Device and session info: browser type, device type, IP address, session timestamps, and similar technical data.
How we count visits

Visitor counting is not switched on here yet. Nothing below is being collected. When it is on, each page you open sends one small note to this site only. No Google, no ad pixels, no replay of what you do.

The note says:

  • Which page you opened, and when.
  • The site you came from - its name only, never the full link.
  • Your screen size, your browser and device type, your language and time zone.
  • Your country and region - worked out on our server from your internet address, which is then thrown away.
  • Whether a page was slow or broke.
  • When you tap to talk with 6: when the talk started, how long his first reply took, how many turns, how it ended. Never the words.

We never collect:

  • Your internet address (IP). It is looked up for the country, then dropped. It is never saved.
  • What you type, your keystrokes, or your clipboard.
  • A recording of your voice, or the words you say to 6 as part of these counts. What you say to 6 is your transcript, kept under the rules above.
  • Your exact location. We never ask your browser for it.
  • A fingerprint of your browser.
  • Anything for Google, Meta, TikTok or any ad company. Nothing here goes to anyone but this site.

Linking your visits

A random id kept on this device for 13 months can tie one visit to your next. That is how we can tell new visitors from returning ones. It is not your name, your email or your address, and it never leaves this site.

Your visits are not linked unless you say yes.

Raw notes are kept 14 months, then only daily counts (no ids) remain. Error and speed notes go after 90 days.

How We Use Your Information

Info is used to operate, secure, personalize, and improve 6.

  • Respond to your voice requests in real time.
  • Save your lists, reminders, and account memory across sessions.
  • Send reminders and notifications through your chosen channels.
  • Improve transcription accuracy, response quality, and feature design.
  • Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security issues.
  • Prepare and follow up on a brand or website build request you explicitly submit.
  • An authenticated client who is authorized to train an avatar may use Training Mode. When they do, the talk may automatically create editable learned preferences, facts, sales language, and business context for that client's avatar. Public visitors cannot use Training Mode to train or rewrite an avatar.
  • Authorized trainers can review learned items, correct them, disable them, or delete them. Deleting an item stops it from being used going forward; existing talk records are handled under the applicable account-data controls.

Storage, Sharing, And Service Providers

Account data, lists, reminders, and talk transcripts are stored in secure cloud databases and storage buckets operated for DietzX.

We use industry-standard practices to protect this data, but no system is perfectly secure. You provide info at your own risk.

We never sell your personal information. Job information, with your name and contact details removed, may be used as training data.

We may share data with service providers as needed to operate the product or comply with legal obligations. We may also share it with them to respond to lawful requests, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of DietzX and its users.

DietzX relies on third-party providers for Ai inference, voice synthesis, the on-screen avatar, hosting, email, messaging, analytics, authentication, and storage.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy practices. By talking with 6 you accept that data may flow through these providers as required to operate the service.

You Own

Whatever you build with 6, or we build for you, is 100% yours once it is paid for. That means your subscription, or your fee for the job.

This is work for hire. It is a fee for service. Once you have paid, you are paid in full, and the work is all yours.

We never come after it. We never take a cut. No royalties, no shares, no part of your profits - even if it becomes a billion-dollar company. You earned it.

Read the whole promise under You Own, at the top of the DietzX legal page.

One thing stays ours: the DietzX service itself, its software and its name. What you make with it is yours.

6 is early-stage software. Features may change, break, pause, be limited, or be discontinued at any time.

Third-Party Terms

6 may rely on third-party services for Ai, voice, avatars, messaging, email, phone calls, hosting, analytics, storage, authentication, and payments.

Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and verification of important info.

Disclaimer And Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 6 is provided as-is and without warranties.

DietzX is not liable for missed reminders, incorrect info, service outages, user decisions, or third-party service failures. It is also not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

6 is built to help, but it is not a substitute for your own judgment or responsibility.

6 is built to help, but it is your responsibility to decide what to share and to verify important info.

6 is for adults 18 and older. If you believe someone under 18 has provided personal information to 6, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Changes And Governing Law

We may update this Privacy Policy as 6 evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date above and, where appropriate, providing notice in the product.

iSolveUrProblems.ai · www.isolveurproblems.ai

Terms

Effective Date: Jan 01, 2026

Last Updated: October 8, 2026

Welcome to iSolveUrProblems.ai ("iSolve"), run by DietzX llc, Wyoming. These are the terms for homeowners and everyone who uses iSolve. Pros also agree to our pro terms.

Please read them. They are written in plain words on purpose.

1. WHAT iSOLVE IS

iSolveUrProblems.ai ("iSolve") helps you fix and build things at home. 6 is iSolve's Ai helper. He helps you figure out what is wrong, finds pros near you, books the job, calls you and the pro, and checks the work.

iSolve is run by DietzX llc, Wyoming. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean DietzX llc, Wyoming. "You" means the person using iSolve. A "pro" is the contractor who does the work.

By using iSolve, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use iSolve.

2. WHO CAN USE iSOLVE

You agree that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or the age of an adult where you live
  • The info you give us is true
  • You make your own choices about your home, and you are responsible for them
  • You will follow the laws, codes and rules that apply to your home and your job

3. PROS ARE THEIR OWN BUSINESS

Pros on iSolve run their own businesses. They do not work for us. The deal for the work is between you and the pro.

Pros never pay us for leads. We do not take money from a pro to show you that pro.

We are not responsible for how a pro does the work, how safe they are, their licenses, or the price they set. The one exception is what the Quality-of-Work Guarantee covers (section 7).

4. WHAT IT COSTS

Your available minutes with 6 are shown on your account and cost card. Paid work includes its own working time with 6.

Everything there is our True Cost* plus 1% - that's it. And as partners help cover our costs, it gets even closer to zero. The pro always gets their full price.

Your quote shows the pro's price, payment costs, and the 1% cushion separately, before your yes. The payment method's costs can differ.

There is no extra card surcharge on a credit or debit card. Payment costs are included in the quote. We do not call payment processing our 1% margin.

You see the full price before you pay. Your receipt shows exactly what you were charged.

5. HOW PAYMENT WORKS

Payments go through Stripe. We never see or keep your full card or bank number.

When you pay, we hold the money. We do not send it to the pro right away.

On the job day, 6 asks for a before photo. When the pro says the work is done, 6 asks for an after photo and checks the work. When it checks out, the pro is paid their full price.

If you tell us something is wrong, the money stays held until it is worked out.

6. REFUNDS, CANCELLING, AND PROBLEMS

Cancel before you pay and there is nothing to refund. To cancel a booked job, tell the pro in your job room, tell 6, or reply to the booking email.

If a full refund is approved, you get back everything actually charged for that step, including its recorded payment costs and cushion. We never recalculate a historical charge at today's price.

Something wrong with the work? Tap "Something's wrong" in your job room, or just tell 6. 6 asks the pro to make it right first. If that does not fix it, 6 gathers both sides and the job record. Then the iSolve team decides: a fix, part of the money back, or all of it back.

You can also write to Help@DietzX.ai. Our refund rules page has the details.

Your bank or card company decides how long a refund takes to show up.

7. THE QUALITY-OF-WORK GUARANTEE

Every job booked AND paid through iSolve has the Quality-of-Work Guarantee. If the work falls short of what you and the pro agreed, you can get a refund of up to all you paid through iSolve.

It runs until 30 days after 6 marks the job done. The full rules, and what is not covered, are on our "Guarantee terms" page. They are part of these terms.

Jobs you book or pay for outside iSolve are not covered. Once you pay a pro directly, we cannot hold the money or step in.

8. EVERY JOB IS RECORDED

Every iSolve job is recorded. That means the talk, the photos, and the video from the job.

The record proves the work, backs the guarantee, and builds your home record.

At the start of every call, 6 says: "This call may be recorded for quality assurance."

Before a job is booked, both you and the pro must give a clear yes to recording. Silence is a no. No clear yes from both means there is no booking at all.

9. PHOTOS, VIDEOS, AND Ai

When you or the pro share a photo or video, an Ai service - OpenAI - may look at it. That helps 6 figure out the problem and check the work.

By sharing a photo or video with iSolve, you say yes to that.

Only share photos of places you are allowed to share. Try not to show people's faces or private papers.

10. CALLS, TEXTS, AND EMAILS

When you book, you agree that 6 may call, text and email you about your job. 6 is an Ai.

Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Every email we send about a job tells you how to reach us. Agreeing to calls and texts is never a condition of buying anything.

If you stop calls and texts in the middle of a job, 6 may not be able to finish setting it up.

11. YOUR HOME RECORD IS YOURS

Each job on your home builds your home record: the jobs, photos, videos, 6's notes, and call transcripts.

You own your home record. You can see it any time. Write to Help@DietzX.ai to get a copy or to ask us to delete it.

You let us keep and use your home record to run iSolve, pay the pro, back the guarantee, and settle problems. You let us use it - with your personal details taken out - to make iSolve better and to use as training data (section 12).

If you ask us to delete it, we delete what we can. We may keep what we need for an open job, money we are holding, a guarantee claim, or records the law says we must keep. Data that was already made anonymous and used cannot be pulled back out.

12. USING JOB RECORDS AS TRAINING DATA

We may use job information, with your name and contact details removed, as training data.

Before any of this use, we take out names, phone numbers, email addresses, and street addresses. That step is called anonymizing.

Using anonymized job records is part of how iSolve keeps its prices low, so there is no opt-out for them. Your personal details are always taken out first.

13. WHEN YOU SELL YOUR HOME

A home's job history can go with the house, like a car's service record. It helps the next owner know what was fixed, when, and by whom.

When a new owner claims your address, our team checks the claim before anything moves.

The new owner can see the work: what was done, when, which pro did it, the parts put in, and photos of the work. They never see your name, phone number, email, your talks with 6, or what you paid.

You keep your own copy of your home record. If you do not want your home's job history passed on, write to Help@DietzX.ai before the new owner claims the address.

14. 6 IS AN Ai - NOT A PROFESSIONAL

6 gives Ai-made info and ideas. He can be wrong.

6 does not give legal, money, medical, engineering, or building-code advice, and he is not a licensed professional. Check important things yourself, and use a qualified pro when the job needs one.

Prices 6 mentions: any price, estimate or number 6 says is general info only - not an offer and not a quote. The only price that counts is the one you confirm when you pay, or that our team confirms to you in writing.

15. NO OTHER PROMISES

Other than the Quality-of-Work Guarantee, we do not promise how a job turns out or what it costs. We also do not promise how long it takes, or that it will be safe.

The "Ai Guarantee" means 6 watches and documents the job from start to finish. It is not a promise of any result. See our Ai Guarantee page.

iSolve is offered as it is. It may have mistakes or go down sometimes.

16. OUR NAME AND SOFTWARE

The iSolve software, 6, the Ai systems, the look of the site, and the words on it belong to DietzX llc, Wyoming.

Please do not copy, resell, scrape, or take apart any part of iSolve.

"iSolveUrProblems.ai" is a trademark of DietzX llc, Wyoming.

17. LIMIT ON WHAT WE OWE

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses from using iSolve, trusting what 6 says, or what a pro does. Indirect losses include lost profits, personal injury, or damage to your property. This is true even if we were told it could happen.

If we do owe you money for a claim, there is a limit. The most we will pay is the larger of: what you paid through iSolve in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.

This does not take away the Quality-of-Work Guarantee, or any right the law says cannot be taken away.

18. IF YOUR ACTIONS CAUSE A CLAIM

A claim against us may come from how you used iSolve, from you breaking these terms, or from your dealings with a pro. If someone makes a claim like that, you agree to cover our costs and losses from that claim.

19. CHANGES TO iSOLVE AND CLOSING ACCOUNTS

We may change, pause, or stop any part of iSolve.

We may close or limit an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk.

You can stop using iSolve any time. Jobs already paid for are still finished, refunded, or settled under these terms.

20. IF DIETZX CHANGES FORM

If DietzX llc, Wyoming becomes a new company, merges, or is sold, we may pass these terms to the company that takes over. That company must keep the promises in them.

21. WHICH LAW APPLIES

DietzX llc, Wyoming. Wyoming law governs these terms, without using its rules that point to other places' laws.

22. SETTLING DISAGREEMENTS

Please write to Help@DietzX.ai first. Most problems get fixed that way.

If we still cannot agree, the dispute goes to binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association (AAA). It follows the AAA's Consumer Arbitration Rules and takes place in Wyoming or by video, in English. Small claims court is still open to you.

You and we each give up the right to a jury trial and to a class or group lawsuit.

You can opt out of arbitration. Email Help@DietzX.ai within 30 days of first agreeing to these terms, with your name and that you want to opt out. Then disputes go to the state or federal courts in Wyoming.

23. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the "Last Updated" date at the top. For a big change, we try to tell you in the app or by email.

Jobs already booked keep the terms they were booked under. Using iSolve after a change means you accept the new terms.

For pros

iSolve Pro Terms

Version 2026-10-08. Last updated October 8, 2026. If we change these, we tell you first - jobs already booked keep the terms they were booked under.

What iSolve is

6 is iSolve's Ai. He helps homeowners figure out what's wrong, finds good pros near them, books the job, calls you both, and checks the work. You do the work you're great at. iSolve is run by DietzX llc, Wyoming.

Leads are free. You keep your full price.

The pro receives their full price. Our True Cost* plus 1% is shown before you pay, with payment costs on their own line. There is no extra card surcharge and no lead fee for the pro. Verified partner contributions reduce our costs.

Getting paid

The homeowner pays through iSolve and the money is held safe. When 6 checks the job is done - a before and an after photo in the job room - you're paid your full price through Stripe, usually the same day. You set up a Stripe payout account once; iSolve never asks for your bank details by email.

Calls, texts and emails

By joining, you agree that 6 can call, text and email you about iSolve jobs. At the start of every call, 6 says: "This call may be recorded for quality assurance." Every iSolve job is recorded - the talk, the photos, and the video. The record proves the work, backs the guarantee, and builds the homeowner's home record. You must give a clear yes to recording before you can take jobs. If you say no on a call, you will not be put on that job. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.

The job record

Each job keeps a record: the photos, the times, 6's notes and the call transcripts. Recording is required - no clear yes from both the homeowner and the pro means there is no booking at all. Photos and videos may be looked at by an Ai service - OpenAI - to help 6 check the work. The homeowner owns their record. We may use job information, with your name and contact details removed, as training data.

Doing the work

Do the work you and the homeowner agreed on, when you agreed. If the homeowner says something's wrong, 6 asks you first to make it right. Until it's worked out, that job's payment stays held. If you can't agree, iSolve's team decides - a fix, part of the money, or all of it back to the homeowner.

You are your own business

You're an independent pro, not an iSolve employee or agent. You do the work well, your way. You set your own prices and hours, and you pay your own taxes.

Keep iSolve jobs in iSolve

Jobs that start on iSolve are booked and paid through iSolve - including extra work on the same job. That's what keeps the homeowner's guarantee, your payment protection, your reviews and your 6 Verified badge. Taking an iSolve job's payment outside iSolve ends that protection, and we may stop sending you jobs.

Reviews

Homeowners can review each job. A review is "6 Verified" when the job was booked and paid in iSolve with a before and an after in its job room.

Leaving

You can leave any time. Jobs already booked are finished, or cancelled fairly with the homeowner.

The rest of the rules

The iSolve Terms apply to you too, including which law applies and how disagreements are settled. iSolve is run by DietzX llc, Wyoming. Questions: Help@DietzX.ai.

Guarantee terms

The iSolve Quality-of-Work Guarantee

In effect. The iSolve Quality-of-Work Guarantee, in plain words. Last updated September 29, 2026. If we change it, jobs already booked keep the terms they were booked under.

What We Promise

When you book a pro through iSolve and pay through iSolve, 6 watches over the job. Your money is held safe - the pro is paid only after 6 checks the work is done. If the work falls short of what you and the pro agreed, 6 steps in: he asks the pro to make it right, and if they don't, we hold the money and work it out with you - up to a full refund of what you paid through iSolve for that job.

What It Covers

Every job that is booked AND paid in iSolve. It covers the work you and the pro agreed on for that job - what 6 wrote down when it was booked, and anything you both confirmed in your job room or Club DM thread. It starts the moment you pay and runs until 30 days after 6 marks the job done. Tell us about a problem inside that time.

How It Works

  1. Before: on the booked day, 6 asks you for a quick before photo in your job room.
  2. After: when the pro says they're done, 6 asks for an after photo, and looks at both.
  3. Done: if it checks out, the pro is paid their full price and your job record keeps the photos, the times and 6's notes.
  4. A problem: tap "Something's wrong" (or just tell 6) within 30 days. The money stays held while 6 gets both sides and the photos, and the iSolve team decides - a fix, a partial refund or a full refund.

What It Does Not Cover

  • Jobs booked or paid outside iSolve - once you pay the pro directly, we can't hold the money or step in.
  • Damage from something that happens later - weather, another trade, wear and tear, or misuse.
  • Taste changes - a color or style you didn't ask for up front.
  • Extra work you and the pro set up outside iSolve, or anything that was not part of the job you agreed on.
  • Anything past a full refund of what you paid through iSolve for that job - like damage to other things, lost time, or other costs.

What It Costs

The pro receives their full price. Our True Cost* plus 1% is shown before you pay, with payment costs on their own line. There is no extra card surcharge and no lead fee for the pro. Verified partner contributions reduce our costs.

Questions or a Claim

Tell 6, tap "Something's wrong" in your job room, or write to Help@DietzX.ai. iSolve is run by DietzX llc, Wyoming. These terms are part of the iSolve Terms.

iSolveUrProblems.ai home-service bookings

Cancellation and refund rules

These are iSolveUrProblems.ai's current booking rules in plain words. Your checkout, receipt, written agreement, and applicable law may give you additional rights; this page does not take them away.

Before You Pay

If no payment was taken, there is nothing to refund. To cancel a confirmed booking, tell the pro in the booking thread, call them with 6, or reply to the booking email.

After You Pay

If a full refund is approved, it returns everything charged for that payment step: the pro's price, the payment costs and our 1% cushion as recorded on your receipt.

A $500.00 job

Paid by bank
$509.07 back
Paid by credit card
$520.39 back

The card example uses iSolveUrProblems.ai's current checkout calculation for a credit card in a state with current estimated payment costs. Your receipt is the truth for your actual charge.

If work or money is disputed

Use Something's wrong on the paid step or contact support. Money does not move merely because a request was sent. A partial refund, full refund, redo, release, or continued hold depends on the payment record, the work, and the resolution.

If money was already released to the pro, DietzX must review the charge and payout before a refund can be completed. Bank and card processors control when an approved refund appears; this page promises no arrival date.
